Service Description

With 1:1 Spartan Training, you will receive 100% attention from Coach Joe starting with your complimentary Consultation & Fitness Assessment. He will assist you with defining your goals, identifying your desired training intensity and training style. He will work with you to define your training frequency and make any recommendations he feels are suitable for your goals. The focus of 1:1 Spartan Training is: 1. To build and develop your functional fitness - mobility, stability, strength, endurance 2. To improve and level up your fitness - strength, power, endurance 3. To improve and level up your performance - endurance, speed, agility, quickness 4. To learn proper Spartan Obstacle techniques - Spear Throw, Rope Climb, Twister, Multi-Rig, Tyrolean Traverse, etc... All Spartan Training sessions are private/semi-private. Spartan Training can be run local training facilities that Coach Joe rents space from, which are Mission Peak Spartans in Fremont, CA and Burlingame Fitness in Burlingame, CA. NOTE: If you are a current Mission Peak Spartans member, you will receive a discount of $10 per session. REFUND POLICY: As applicable, all boot camp classes, programs, group training, and personal training packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. 24 hour notice for cancellations. 2. 1st time cancellation "grace". 3. No charge for cancellations if cancelled session is rescheduled within 1 week. 4. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Otherwise, the cost of your session will be deducted from your purchased training package.
