With Small Group Training (3-5 people), you will receive 100% attention from Coach Joe starting with each of your complimentary Consultation & Fitness Assessments. He will assist each of you with defining your goals, identifying your desired training intensity and training style. He will work with each of you to define your training frequency and make any recommendations he feels are suitable for each of your goals. All Small Group Training sessions are private/semi-private. Small Group Training can be run at local gyms in the Bay Area such as Brick House Fitness (San Jose, CA), CrossFit of Fremont (Newark, CA), and Burlingame Fitness (Burlingame, CA). Small Group Training can also be run virtually via Google Meet, Facebook Messenger or FaceTime. Pricing is per session, per client. REFUND POLICY: As applicable, all boot camp classes, programs, group training, and personal training packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. 24 hour notice for cancellations. 2. 1st time cancellation "grace". 3. No charge for cancellations if cancelled session is rescheduled within 1 week. 4. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Otherwise, the cost of your session will be deducted from your purchased training package.
