Service Description

With Hybrid Personal Training you will be investing in a monthly, recurring subscription based model of online/app-based training & 1:1 in-person training combined. Coach Joe will meet with you in-person or virtually to assist you with defining your goals, identifying your desired training intensity and training style. He will work with you to define your training frequency and make any recommendations he feels are suitable for your goals. You will then meet with Coach Joe in-person to conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment. All 1:1 in-person Personal Training sessions are private/semi-private. Personal Training can be run at a local gym that Coach Joe rents space from, which is at Brick House Fitness (San Jose, CA), CrossFit of Fremont in (Newark, CA) and Burlingame Fitness (Burlingame, CA). Personal Training can also be run virtually via Google Meet, Facebook Messenger, or FaceTime. REFUND POLICY: As applicable, all boot camp classes, programs, group training, and personal training packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. 24 hour notice for cancellations. 2. 1st time cancellation "grace". 3. No charge for cancellations if cancelled session is rescheduled within 1 week. 4. No shows and last minute cancellations will be charged.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Otherwise, the cost of your session will be deducted from your purchased training package.
