Joe bala

I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Spartan SGX Coach L2, Ninja Warrior, Mental Health Warrior, and Former Engineer. 

 

I battle depression & anxiety everyday, which I have fully embraced is a part of me, but will not define or limit me.

 

I engineer people to realize & reach their full potential through fitness. Improving and maintaining my clients/students physical & mental health through functional movement, strength & conditioning training are my focus. 

The onus is on you to become the best version of yourself through self-belief, self-care, commitment, consistency, dedication, and finding a coach who truly cares about you.

Let's keep this as simple as possible. As noted above, I am a Former Engineer turned Personal Trainer, Spartan SGX Coach, Spartan/OCR Athlete, and Ninja Warrior. My ultimate goal is to help you find your inner Spartan/Ninja Warrior/OCR Athlete through training with me with various solutions. 

 

Define your top 3 goals that you want to accomplish in training with me. (Hint: define one that's a short-term goal, a long-term goal, and a bucket list goal).

Then during your complimentary consultation & fitness assessment we will work together to decide what style of training you prefer and choose the level/intensity of training you are comfortable starting with.

"Working with a new trainer is always challenging. My nerves were mostly around being out of shape and looking stupid trying to complete difficult exercises. Joe is such a patient person! He always made me feel like I had a safe space to try new exercises even if they were uncomfortable. "Joe introduced me to Spartan races and I was able to do a Spartan Trifecta in the first year of training with him. I couldn't have imagined doing that if I had not trained with Joe.
